Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sezin Aktepe Artık, with 20 years of experience in civil procedural law, restructuring and bankruptcy law, and arbitration, is a founding partner at QAZE Alliance Advisors. She has been providing expert legal consultation and academic insights to leading universities and organizations across multiple jurisdictions. Her work focuses on dispute resolution, risk management, and high-value arbitration cases across various sectors.
Sezin holds a PhD in Private Law from Galatasaray University and is a certified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), demonstrating her proficiency in arbitration. As an Associate Professor of Civil Procedure Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, she combines her academic rigor with practical experience, contributing to the development of legal standards in arbitration.
Currently, she serves as the Head of Legal Committee at the Turkish Business Council in Dubai & Northern Emirates.
In addition to her leadership roles, Sezin has previously worked as a senior consultant at an one of the biggest International Consultancy Firm in Dubai which is very well-known Consultancy Firm among construction companies across the MENA Region.
Sezin served a faculty member in the law faculty at Istanbul Commerce Univeristy, Altınbaş University, Ozyeğin University in teaching civil procedure, bankruptcy, and enforcement law, commercial mediation and arbitration.
