Fazla mesai \u00fccreti \u015fu \u015fekilde hesaplan\u0131r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal fazla mesai i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, saatlik \u00fccretlerinin %25&#8217;i kadar ek \u00f6deme al\u0131rlar.<\/li>\n<li>22:00 \u2013 04:00 saatleri aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan gece vardiyas\u0131 fazla mesaisinde bu ek \u00f6deme %50&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Deneme S\u00fcresi<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Deneme s\u00fcresi maksimum 6 ay olabilir.
